I’m New

Thanks for checking out Lakeshore Missionary Church!  We hope that this site will answer any questions you have about who we are and what to expect when you get here.

What is your church service like?
We strive to have our attenders passionately engage in worship experiences.  You will hear lively music and a relevant message about life. We are a relaxed congregation who desires to become more and more like Jesus because we believe there is nothing this world can offer that is better than him! What do you believe?

  • We are a congregation who desires to live life according to the wisdom God has given us in the Bible.  We believe that nothing this world has to offer is better than God and therefore we strive to make Jesus Christ famous both here in North Bay and in the rest of the world.
  • God knows how hard it is to walk through life.  Therefore he told us to have authentic relationships and to do life together – support one another – help each other out.
  • If you’d like more detailed explanation of our beliefs, feel free to visit here

How do I get to your church?
We are located at 656 Lakeshore across from Churchill’s Restaurant.
If you are coming from Downtown North Bay, look for us on the left about 1km after you pass Metro.
If you are coming from the south,  we are 1 km north of All Makes Auto at Birches road.

Where do I park and where do I go in the building?

  • Park anywhere behind the church and head into the building. There is an entrance on your left and right of the building.
  • From either entrance head upstairs for the church service and adult Sunday school or downstairs for the nursery and kids Sunday School.

How should I dress?
Come dressed casually.  We want you to be more focused on learning about God than on what you are wearing. In the summertime, it’s not uncommon to see people wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt. Others prefer to still put on their “Sunday best,” and that’s fine too! We think you’ll fit in no matter how you dress.

Should I put money in the offering?
If you are visiting with us, we don’t expect you to put money in the offering, and you are welcome to just let it pass you by. If you consider Lakeshore your church home, we’d love for you to prayerfully consider giving as God has blessed you.

What if I have more questions?
We would love to hear from you!  Feel free to call Liz, she is our administrative assistant and would love to answer any questions you have.  She is here from Tuesday-Friday 9-2.
